When will my order ship?
We do our best process all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the same business day if the items are in stock and the order is received by us by 2 pm CST.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Because Pokket Frames are so thin and light weight, we can ship most orders using the US Post Office's First Class mail service. This helps keep our shipping costs the lowest in the industry. Here are a few examples:

Orders over 13 oz. (the maximum weight for First Class postage) will be shipped via UPS. Exact shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

What is MyPokkets return policy?
Your business and your satisfaction are incredibly important to us. For blank and preprinted frames, you can return any unused frames for a full credit within two weeks of your receipt. Email your return request to myservice@mypokkets.com.
We will email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Your refund will be issued within seven business days of our receipt of the returned product. Please note that MyPokkets
will not accept packages without a return authorization number.
For personalized and custom frames, we do our best to assure your frames meet your expectations. Because personalized and custom frames can not be resold, we can not accept returns on these frames.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you can click the "Your Account" link under the tabs and login to our site. The status of any open order can be check under the "View Order History" link.

Do you charge sale tax?
Only Illinois residents and businesses pay sales tax. Tax Exempt accounts can be set up for Illinois business, schools and organizations that provide MyPokkets with their tax exempt number.
